Tried the BBQ steak last night and it was honestly a treat. The meat was cooked to a nice medium-rare, juicy inside with that smoky char from the grill. The BBQ sauce was tangy with a hint of sweetness, though a little more spice would’ve given it an extra kick. The portion size was generous, and the fat was rendered well so each bite felt tender, not chewy. The only slight downside was that the edges were a bit more cooked than I’d like — lost a bit of that buttery softness there. Still, the aroma alone was enough to make my neighbors jealous. Paired it with some grilled corn and mashed potatoes, and it was comfort food heaven.
